That's more or less the point around here. It's not the finality as to guilt or not...it's the path to get there where the problem is.
When a judge ties two issues together that have absolutely nothing to do with each other (774/108) as a considered procedural determination, I have a problem with that. That's where a distrust of a system sets in.
I have a distrust of other factors as well regarding e.Digitals ventures, but I'm not getting into them.
The CE issue is plain enough to conclude something stinks.
With what I'm reading and realizing, I'm considering that the defendant is guilty, had I not my thoughts would be different.
Some of us here are forming opinions around facts.

As long as that phrase is justified, ...America is FOR SALE to the highest bidder.
