Look as far as all lawyers are concerned their clients are innocent because to believe otherwise can cost them their livelyhood. With so many clients involved with the use of something that does not belong to them, and they indeed know it, there is no other word for it but theft. Even the former owner of Apple admitted to stealing those ideas that made his company what it is today.

At the same time those companies that have settled with edig did so because they understood what they did was theft of a product or idea that they had no right to.

The fight we are now engaged in with so many others are trying by there use of the court system to confuse the argument and hopes that they will get a judge who will listen to them and do so because of their ignorance of the subject. What the hell was the reason for having a Patent office with all the scamatics and diagrams of one ideas and then have in detail writen a detailed account as to what the idea does if it were not to protect the owner of such from being used without permission. It was not so lawers can make millions in a defence of theives who damm well know that they stole the idea and are using the idea so that they can make even more money without paying for its use.

Conflicts in patents are easy to litergate . The problem is we have a certain amout of stupidity on the part of Judges and their clerks along with others in the patent office that need to re-educate themselves as to patent laws and why their is a need for them .
