They have built something, they built a system of patented methods that pull all the trash methods of the industry into one detail.

Do not think for one minute that the defendants are not cheating.

They are, for the simple consideration of managing reclamation, ware leveling and file management under ONE detail.

Where prior, they where separate details that had to be dealt with in regard to utilizing trapped electron type non-volatile memory.
