"What is missing in our "business plan"

Until just recently....the consideration that e.Digital could have disappeared in a blink over legal matters. How does one fashion a company under those circumstances?

Your concerns will happen, especially if something shows up in the qt.

Seems to be nothing more than a common sense issue to me.
