SGE - Very good post. I believe you have correctly identified the 2 key issues at hand.

1. Did we in fact realize any benefit from Handal's success in the both appeal and Markman decision? That is, have settlement amounts increased significantly? We should be able to tell from the 10K (and from the 10Q due in August) even if they don't come out and say so in an accompanying PR.

2. What will the settlement with ArcSoft look like? One-time fee (nuisance only?) or will it
include royalties? I have stated before that royalties are important given the growing (IoT) market and since this agreement will set a precedent for negotiating future Nunchi licenses with other companies.
