If settlement with ArcSoft is NOT a material event to EDIG, then I probably won't like hearing about how great it is supposed to be for us.

This would be the FIRST license of Nunchi... and as I just said in previous post, should set the stage for future licensees.

Obviously I know no details of the agreement or the thinking behind it. I'm just saying that if this doesn't represent a shift in the EDIG/Handal strategy starting now and going forward (considering that this is NUNCHI and not Flash-R), then me no happy camper.
