I don't know that "we" have to prove anything. Not saying that being able to prove or demonstrate a new tech wouldn't be helpful. As shareholders we may not ever get to know lots of things in a sale of the company. The important thing for the buyer is that the buyer knows just what they are buying. If a buyer believes or sees a way to make money off of what they are buying they will make the deal. Successful buyers look for undiscovered value!!! The sellers job is to know what they are selling and get the best deal possible. The most money is not necessarily the best deal. As I pointed out before, the best deal for EDIG years ago could possibly have been to sell the company ( or become a subsidiary of a huge company ). What would be the best deal for EDIG now???
And perhaps no sale is the best deal ??? Unfortuately we shareholders don't have all the information.
