I assume the defendant has a reason for requesting the stay. Do we know what it is? How long will it take for the court to decide whether or not to grant it?
Am I right in thinking Dropcam wants the IPR decision to come down first? There's no guarantee that it will happen that way.
Have I missed something. Has the court already ruled on the request to stay?
