Doni you are correct in that ArcSolft has One Year to file a request for IPR with the USPTO. ArcSolf filing for a request still doesn't insure it will be granted. The conversation was speaking in general terms of the probability that a IPR filing at this late stage would alter the scheduled "Markman Hearings" proggress regarding the one Patent that is not currently under IPR Grant. The "Dropcam IPR Grant" presents its argruments for a stay pending IPR. I have not read the arguments and assume those arguments request all Patents to be Stayed. My Opinion is without thier own IPR request as evidece to support the reqested stay is a crapshoot. It could go either way with the Judge's ruling on the motion as a matter of Law. We will know definitivly as the information becomes readily available.
