Getting Patents Granted is only one"Hurdle" of many. Defending them in the Federal District Courts is another "Hurdle". Defending them at the USPTAB is another expensive undertaking. After litigating through both venues both parties can then appeal the rulings. IMHO it is far better to have the early challanges now than to have them challanged later. IMHO when the litigation in both "Venues" is over we will be in a better position of achieving the "Goal". The thing I hate most is the "Gray Hair" I have gotten from the "Time" it's taking to get to the goal.
