I agree...
MyFox is moving in a direction they consider to be most advantageous.....to the out come of the Google IPR's.....
They are best positioned if positive for e.Digital.
They are good to go if dis-positive for e.Digital.
RE: phrase from recent brief ....edig vs ShenZen......

IMO, injunctions are not exclusive in reading that phrase.
Thing is, All claims will not be dis-positive.....with room for amendments for those that are, this is the gamble.
IMO, hedging against ALL possibilities is the best move for a defendant.
