My point of posting this news was related to previous e.DIGITAL v. Apple litigation that finally end up with dismissing 3 patent claims (Patent #170 ,Patent #737 ,Patent #774) but not Patent #405 and # 108. There was a thought recently that Patent #108 (improving file management for use in devices) has some ground for future litigation. We shoud know patent # 108 had a very favorable Claim construction outcome. Future can tell if there is a chance to litigate for Patent #108.JMO .
