By the process of elimination we're trying to figure out what 06-06-2015 Case Docketed to Examiner in GAU is all about.

Intel and micron IPR issues are eliminated.

MicroSemi 4/28/2015 filing and 8/19/2015 termination issues were never entered / updated to the USPTO(PAIR) 108 transaction history...as well as other Intel issues not updated. By placing MicroSemi where they should have been noted on PAIR....it's IPR issues can be eliminated.

09-08-2014 Petition Requesting Trial is a strange entry and must be Intels re filing for IPR.

By elimination of the PTAB issues of the others.... 06-06-2015 Case Docketed to Examiner in GAU ...is a case docketed to an examiner on the PAIR site and it's not following a condition of a PTAB entry on PAIR e.g...Petition Requesting Trial .
