The government is working in concert with the fed to prop up the economy. They want consumption and to pump up large corp earnings. This is happening our expense and those like us imo. They have upset the natural order and in order to maintain equity levels they have to control the field. They have taken control of patent office.

There is no reason for large corps to pay for licenses. Soon there will be no incentive to innovate by the small corp. Goverment will control.
