We're uncertain the levels of licensing fees we'll receive from the one publically announced licensed and we're also uncertain of any other licenses that may be in place and just not announced.
The one license announcement did not move the share price needle at all. Don't you think if the money involved was at all sizable that the company would want to let the world and potential licensees know? What would be the advantage for the company to have signed other licenses and keep it a secret? Isn't the signing of license agreements that would cause the company to have cash flow material events? I simply do not believe either of these are the case.
I too hope there is a plan to get us past the IPR ruling and then it will be what it will be.
