A second interested company would be great, in fact that might even be the case, however they are both/all waiting us out. The second company does not have to step up until there is first offer on the table. I do not believe the company has much fat to cut. The reason I am still here is simple: after 15 or so years it would bother me more if I sold and some significant news came through than it would bother me to lose what is left of my investment.
