The other defendants do not have IPR's petitioned for...they are sleeping on stays of their respective civil cases... waiting on the conclusions of the Google issues.
The other defendants have to petition on their own ...and they will have no idea the conclusions between e.Digital vs. Google as far as IPR goes..
