The other defendants will not be aware of what Google's full anticipations were /are......And the board wants the settlement conditions sealed.

It's every man for himself as far as the other civil defendants go.

What the defendants are aware of, just as we are, the IPR considerations in contention. Where all of the other prior art having been eliminated ...it was down to Miluzzo/Robarts vs. e.Digital along with some of the argument material presented and considered. However, without Googles July 22nd response to this action the others do not have a complete free legal path to plagiarize... With that, If they feel they should file a petition on the above prior art issues....they also have a choice as Google did, deal with MSFT or deal with e.Digital....pick your poison.....there is no win.
