the split is 2/3 to Edig and 1/3 to Handal. Also, we have been paying Handal $30,000 per month--that total gets paid back to Edig by Handal from their 1/3. The deal with Duane Morris was 50/50 with I believe no pay back of fronted fees so Fred got us (and him) a better deal and more effective and attentive representation.
