Who owns Allure? What is Allure? Private or public? ( sorry but I don't think I get your point completely but I am trying to follow it )

Google owns Nest and Dropcam? So didn't the suits against them become suits against the new owner Google? We settled with Google ( settling with Google's children was really like settling with the parent?)

Bottom line or question for me is will there be money for EDIG, how much money and where will it come from? Google has the deep pockets and the cash to make strategic purchases if the entities they want/need fit Google's master plan.
