Flash-R was 5 patents.
Nunchi with 8 and 2 pending.
The monetization phase, as RP put it with Flash-R, began with 8 years left approx, for the last patent to expire.
The core Nunchi patent suits began at a little past the 4 year mark, with about 16 years left.
Your assessment of the Nunchi patents being relatively new, is an accurate statement, putting it all into perspective, in comparison with Flash-R.
Add into the mix losing about 2.5 years with the CO ruling, Handal having to clean up the mess, we are in far better shape to monetize the Nunchi Portfolio, which continues to grow.
Going back to the 2011 shm, when Cocumelli spoke about presenting Nunchi to prospective licensees, when asked "can it do this", he replied "YES"!!!
Little did we know at the time, that YES meant Nunally was using the input to file another extension application....pretty clever huh?
Yup, we seem from my point of view, to be in much better shape with marketing Nunchi, even if it's via the hard way, than efforts of the past.
Good food for thought in your post LGJ....thx.
