Is it possible that a settlement and license agreement has been signed, but the method/amount of payment has not yet been determined? Early on it was said that Nunchi was very complex and difficult to value. Maybe Google and Edig are waiting for some bench mark to be met or numbers of their products that use Nunchi to be sold before agreeing on the value of the settlement. Could this explain why this is the only settlement to date that was not PR'd by the company?
