You can limit yourself to only a cash settlement being the settlement. It could be something other than cash, IMO. It could be a partnership in some sort of new endeavor, water meters or satellite information based on Nunchi tech. Could be a settlement based on cetain conditions being met? Could be something that none of us have even thought to discuss here on this board. Those are not going to show up in a quarterly report?

However, these are just speculations based on the addition of two new board members and their professional backgrounds. That info, about Packer and Springer, is out there for all of us to see in the press releases. Why did the company bother telling us about them at all?
