The patents were Assigned to Edigital.
"ASSIGNED"
In other words they were given temporary to e.digital so they were trying to put a product for sale, or trying to use them.
Edigital Failed trying to make money out of the "ASSIGNED" patents, so ...what happens now...The patents are ASSIGNED to somebody's else.
When somebody "ASSIGNED" something to you, does not mean that they are transfering the ownership to you.
