I absolutely agree, and am hoping that any required actions by the shareholders in brought to light on this board.  If it is necessary to circulate a petition to file suit, then so be it.  Not sure if this would be driven by an attorney willing to take on this case, or if any shareholder could initiate the necessary steps to prevent the Chapter 7 getting ramrodded through the courts.

If anyone have any insight as to the next best steps, please say so on this forum, and I would guess the long-standing shareholders will take appropriate next steps.
