I just received a phone call from an extremely nice gentleman named Chris Barclay, who is the trustee for EDig, (a Delaware Corp) He informed me that as an investor I (or any investor) would be permitted to attend the meeting and ask questions if time permitted but if there was no time (the meeting would be held over or extended to another time so as to enable those questions to be asked) I also asked why there were two trustees and he informed me one was for EDig, a Delaware Corp which he was the trustee for and the other trustee was Richard Kepperman, trustee for EDig, a California Corp.

As to the confusion as to the two different dates for those meetings, August 9th. and August 10th.-----THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT MEETINGS, one on the 9th. for EDig, the Delaware Corp and another meeting on August 10th. (same time and same place) for the California Corp in which all investors are invited to participate, time constraints given, but assurances that if necessary another meeting to accomadate unfinished business will be held.....

It sounds to me that these meetings are pretty wide open and if any EDiggers want to attend they may AND SHOULD...So get on your horse and get here for the meetings, with your questions and "HOPEFULLY" we can get "SOME" answers...Frank
