Ok so after reviewing the Deleware filing I do now see the patents listed.  When I posted my first note about them not being included that was when i was looking only at the california filing since I didn't even know the deleware existed.  So the patents are listed but they show a value listed (Unknown) but Nunchi, Microsignet, and Synap are all listed on the Delaware filing, as the Trustee said.
