Good stuff and good food for thought.

I do wonder about the comments stateing "more IP notices / suits coming soon." That "soon" is running a little longer than I would have expected. Maybe DM is simply waiting for a positive Markman or big settlement to throw into the face of even larger deals. That's a nice rosey red glasses view and possible strategy. However, I have no idea if more suits will be coming "soon."

Time will tell, but the natives will become more and more restless as the weeks click by. DM probably has their act together, but there are no guarantees. If we do not see some level of activity -- any activity -- in the next few months, more of the most die hard EDIGers may get a bit antsy.
