Frankly, I rarely look at the off topic board. There was a post on the other board that alerted me to this board's activity, so I checked it out.

I have no issue with someone posting a business type article on the main board, whether it has direct or indirect implications. I see no harm with that. Investors have to pick and choose which information to use in their due diligence process. That is the adult process.

It is the bickering and the "old news" management bashing that instigates the turf wars and harms the investment forum.

Was there a particular IP lawsuit post that you found particularly offensive? I am speaking in general terms.
