I don't like some of the old management bashing, I'm concerned about how they manage. One has to keep in mind that the past is a key into the future as to management decisions, their communication with the investment community, including shareholders and other business aspects.

How they acted and what kind of decisions may tell us about how they will act in the future. One of the important issues is transparency and keeping the investment community up to date on the business, both which were almost non existent in the past.
