Dear Shareholder,

I am writing to report to you success - a major milestone has been accomplished.

On April 10th, 2013, we received formal notification from the FAA that
Baltia has been admitted into Phase II of the Air Carrier Certification.

The FAA notification states in part, "...Baltia's management personnel, system design, and other supporting documentation were found to be satisfactory...The FAA Certification Team has determined that Baltia meets requirements...and is fit to enter into Phase II of the ATOS Certification Process."

This is a big deal.

Phase I is the most arduous and time consuming part of the Certification process. It required a tremendous amount of expertise, incredible perseverance, and consistent financing. With that said, I want to thank every one of our dedicated team members and you, the shareholder, for your consistent support throughout the process. If one of these elements were missing, we would have never made it this far.

The support and encouragement that I received from our shareholders, especially in the face of difficulty, reinforced our resolve and in no small measure contributed to this accomplishment. I am confident that our continued work will culminate in success, and that soon we will be saying; "Welcome aboard Baltia Air Lines!"
