Pilots have been hired - Training could start anytime.
''The start of training will be announced publicly. Although the FAA and the DOT speak to each other, it is Baltia's responsibility to keep the DOT informed as to its progress in the certification process. Therefore, when training begins, Baltia will officially notify the DOT (even though they already know from the back door with the FAA), and that official notification will then be placed on regulations.gov (by the DOT). BTW....most likely the FAA letter telling Baltia to begin training is a big part of the "post" that the DOT will put on regulations.gov.
Somehow, including the actuall document from the FAA within the DOT publication seems like the easiest way to get the message across.
Once that occurs, Baltia is obligated to inform its shareholders through a public announcement (thanks to SEC requirements)..........and that PR will sizzle a lot nicer than the last one.
Baltia does learn from their mistakes..................
Ticket sales will be authorized by the DOT 30 to 40 days prior to the FAA giving the certification to Baltia. As phase III consists of the mini-evac (1 day), table top exercises (2 days?), and proving flights (maximum 100 hours)....lol....phase III could be over in a weeks time. If we assume, as JRs theory runs, that phase II ends sometime in the first half of October (figure 7 weeks from the date it starts, and figure second week of August for start time).....and add to that the plane coming out of C-check just about the time the training is complete.....and think that that puts the first class trained and ready to go at exactly the same time that the plane is checked and ready to go.........and both are needed to begin phase III (again....what, a week or two in length?)........and, if you see it clearly, you have the "perfect storm" effect for Baltia getting its certification completed well before Thanksgiving.
Now.....add to the mix that 30 to 40 days "prior to certification" the DOT will authorize Baltia to begin ticket sales, and if you do the math right.....well.....ticket sales will be authorized to begin during the training period........
LOL. Lay it out on a time line, with training starting at middle of August and running 7 weeks (training is actually the end part of phase II and the "proving test stuff" is phase III), then tack on a week or two for phase III, then backtrack from there 30 to 40 days and......well, Delta, where does that put us for ticket sales? Interersting...............
I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. The week I spent in Punta Cana really cleared my thoughts. I can logically understand almost every aspect of how things work in Baltia Land. You could to.....if you just meditate on the question. I know why there will not be a reverse split or a buy back of stock (at least, rest assured, not anytime in the near future). I know how long it takes to get another plane rolling down the runway (based on how long it takes to do get a plane prepped for Baltia and the C-check and the length of time it takes to train a class (7 weeks for each class). I can understand why the issue with certain brokerage houses not trading BLTA can not be approached now....at least not just yet....if you just think through the problem. Tonight, I feel as if there is no question I don't have an answer for...........
......now, unfortunately, tomorrow morning I will wake up and forget all the answers.......so.......I am writing them down before I go to sleep.
LOL, guys.........if all my "theories" work....and I have tested them backwards and forwards......then we are looking at incredible bargain prices right now with a huge uptick in pps before end-of-year.
All the necessary modules are in place to make the new web site work. All the "mechanical" stuff is there. Baltia is just looking for the right graphics designer to pull it all together.....to make that first page, that first introduction to Baltia Air Lines......sizzle with the Baltia flavor and sparkle with the necessary level of excitment and professionalism.
The search is on, and there are those like myself offering up various graphic artists that we have dealt with in the past. The new web site will launch once that certain "pzazz" has been found.''
