Blackbird International Corporation Announces The Acquisition of World Leader in Sea Wave Energy Technology

ThePartiesarepleasedtoannouncethattheyhavesignedtheAgreementbywhichBlackbirdacquiresalltheoutstandingsharesofWaveElectricityRenewablePowerOcean.

TheAgreementisbindingandirrevocableandshallbecomeeffectiveSeptember30,2014followingarequiredregulatorydelay.Therearenofurtherproceduresorconditionstobemet.
