The FMDAY story has profound implications.

It demonstrates why the legal and regulatory frameworks of both the US and UK juristictions need major change to protect small investors from abuse by corrupt managements, toxic financiers and the UK receivership process.

Either the rules were broken or the system is flawed. Either way, nothing ressembling FMDAY should ever be allowed to happen again.
