Where can I find information about large block stock movements involving the big players. My usual sources do not cover LGDI because it is too small and not on a big exchange

If LGDI is bought out and/or goes private what is the fate of the shareholders?

1. how is the value of their shares determined - especially if the share price has been driven down by manipulation

2. can they keep their shares until they are offered fair price value
