I apprreciate the several replies. But they still do not answer my central question. I agree the company seems gold-plated. But, what if Mr G takes the Company private - especially when the price seems artificially low. What are the prospects of small shareholders receiving fair value for their shares and/or can they retain their shares in the Company once it does go private. I would have no qualms about receiving $10 per share since I have bought in the range of $4.40 to $1.80.



That is my fundamental question. Partly academic
