Hi Goldie I appreciate your reply. It still does not an swer my primary question - it a company goes private when the stock is near bottom in price what will the small shreholders stock value.

Why would the stock go private -

1. This is as close to sure thing as one can get and the return potential would be enourmous

2. Some big players are circling (IFFCO and PRC), can put up the financing, and brother G copuld partner for a free-ride.

I would not blame Mr G for going private but I would sure be be crying in my beer if I had to accept $1.80 per share for my investment.



Another thing what is the status of LGDI's bif for the China Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical venture? This was supposed to require a big investment by LGDI. Having spent a year in China, the thought of putting money into the PRC and dealing witheir legal system is daunting.

Well in spite of all this rambling. Mr G will probably make us all more affluent.

I would love to meet mr G. He sure is some cowboy. Put money into PRC - WOW!
