I for one, would consider a spin off to be a nice appeasement to the shareholders for the delays that we have endured while waiting for an equity partner to materialize.

This was promised over a year back, and wouldn't cost the company much to deliver on.

With the current value of Diamonds and Gold on the rise, it could be quite a nice appeasement at that.
