I would like to know if there are any negotiations currently close to being finalized or what the actual sticking points are as to why an equity partner has yet to be found. Maybe even how many potential partners have come and gone in the negotiation process.

According to management there were supposed to be plenty of suitors out there looking to do a deal with us. How many of those guys have come and gone? I thought the phosphate/fertilzer business was hot now and going forward, so I would think the business demand should be high. Unfortunately, I don't think Nomura is at liberty to say anything.

I still contend Management is most likely asking a little too much from the equity partner and that's why nothing's been finalized. JMO
