No one knows who initially will be watching as first news comes out and upward is the only reasonable reply to pps. Funding is the real key and HQ has been silent on current options there other than to say they are working on it... which is the real upward kicker.

All ongoing testing indicates above average results are expect but that is just that... expected. Somehow this activity trend is better than where we have been... in the doldrums. I join others in being patient.
