What I proposed in my earlier post just go more likely.

There would be no need for a mutual exchange of CAs were this investor, seemingly a private party, NOT interested in taking a piece of Hay Mountain. I'm pretty confident in this, so it looks like this proposal, as vague as it appears to us at present, is probably a good deal, and MAY help get Hay Mountain drilled, together will giving LBSR shareholders an interest in a new, low low cost oil field.
"May" is the operating word here, but if it costs us little or nothing, why not?
