But although it provided considerable information, in the end I was still unclear as to my primary question- namely- what were we bringing to the table. So I appreciate your close reading which focused on the key phrase "exchanging CAs" as opposed to just "signing" a CA. I suppose this means we are talking about some kind of swap in kind, where each entity would obtain an interest in the other's project. Very interesting and, I hope, promising.
