Hi Alton your enthusiasm is much needed but I am somewaht troubled by the fact you seem to excuse every twist and turn. You have an answer for everthing which ease the tension for some but there has to be a point in time where the absurdity of the delays and the implausable nature becomes untenable, even for you. After all that has gone, for nearly decade, now the deed is incorrect! Come'on. Its just too coincidental. And if by chance correct, the words of the minister, i think, seem to make very light of a correction and the timetable yet here we are again with no real info or reliable timetable

This is an enormous project and the govt clearly has the say on all levels so if thats the case and we are so close why not even a word. Project is basically stealth. And, if stock is any indication the market is telling us they dont believe any of this
