Sad that everyone gets pumped up by these 8k only to be let down every single time. This has been my point all along and why talking about options and valuations in light of this history is absurd. The contents of the 8k's in reality mean absolutely nothing. They are merely words on paper with no substance. All the promises and innuendo have amounted to zippo. Who cares what's in them anymore? Unless its says the deal is signed then it's virtually meaningless. Even a date to sign would be skeptical. The market is telling you there is no faith whatsoever
