I made a prediction that nothing will happen until September, I am now stating I hope by the end of the year. If sooner I will be very grateful if it signed earlier but knowing the past my gut says MAYBE December. I sm stating that because the warrents are over in December and they become just more wallpaper like the stock we own.

The DA signed the the catalyst for this success and the Omanis just don't want to give their land away so readily. Yes they own a percentage of the shares, but they own 100% od the land. Would you want one half a loaf when you could have the whole loaf.
