Multi-Billion Dollar Agreement Signed With Oman
With respect to the 1.66 sale, it is my thinking that the seller had no knowledge of today's 8-K nor even the recent 10-Q and placed a market order for 450 shs and it was executed at 1.66.
As to Tempest's warrants, he has the option of exercising his wts at the greater of $1 per sh or 80% of the closing price on the day before the exercise. On Aug 14, the day before, the closing price was 1.75 and !.40 is the 80%. The 1.40 is not a fixed price. If the stock were at a price of 10 it would cost him $8.
What I don't understand is that these wts are exercisable into restricted shs. In what way do these shs differ from the shs we own? Anyone?
