UA rites Value, Average UA value......all of it....the correlation or the lack of correlation to the PRICE...is the WHY the price is what it is because there are more sellers (shorts) than Buyers (long). Until there are those buyers (whatever their reason for being buyers/long). More important than the accounting is the volume particularly the long volume.
