We have seen a most brutal devastation of our sp from a high of $2.85 to less then a dollar,all within 2 months or so and it does not seem to be done yet. We have a strong comparison with TRR and the destruction of PRB's sp seems far more then current market sentiment would warrant .

During this time we have not heard a peep from the CEO nor from the BOD. In fact the last communication was on April 2/12,some 45 days ago.

Some of us exchange e-mails with Karen,which is good,but it seems that the CEO and BOD have vanished . With all due respect to Karen,she IS NOT THE CEO /BOD.

How can they run this company in total silence during such a difficult time ?

If this was GM, Apple or Walmart and if their shareholders were kept in silence for so long,there would be immediate questions raised as to their capability to manage and changes would be sought forthright.

We have many very talented investors here, such as Mark,WB,GH ,El P and others who have devoted many hours in coming up with ideas to enhance shareholder value-something that the BOD is responsible to do and yet we hear nothing from them.

In my view ,it may be time for us to consider other options that may be available to us as the PSU group.
