Dave and the board have not vanished. Dave works tirelessly for the company and is passionate about his work. He was betrayed by some of the folks who participated in the last financing round and this is something he was very upset about. As far as I’m concerned he should keep his cards close to his chest for many reasons. Large investors carry more clout than you and I so they have access to much more information from a variety of sources. The playing field is not level by any means. Fortunately, we are all here for the same reason and that is to be part of a success story.
