So, as long as a CEO is working tirelessly and is passionate, there is no need for him and the BOD to report to the shareholders ?? I know Dave is hard at it in the field. I am not so sure what the BOD is doing.

In my books,this is not the way to run a business.

Communication is vital and the cornerstone of any organization and of course the CEO should not disclose delicate,sensitive material until its time is due. 45 days without a beep in these turbulent times is inexcusable .
